The income criteria for eligibility is based on the Minimum Essential Standard of Living Expenditure Budgets published by the Vincentian Partnership for Social Justice (the “MESL Budgets”).  The MESL Budgets are an estimate of the minimum income required to needed to live and partake in the social and economic norms of life in contemporary Ireland and are updated regularly. Details of the MESL Budgets are available from the Vincentian Partnership website at www.budgeting.ie.
